Al Khalediah plant nurseries produce over two million indoor and seasonal plants, and windbreak trees.
Over 100 varieties of these plants are grown inside tunnels and shaded roofs. Indoor plants are used in palaces, hotels and accommodations.
The outdoor seasonal plants are mainly used for landscaping.
In addition cut flowers such as roses, chrysanthemums, daisies, lilies, carnations, strelitzia and a few orchids are grown in glasshouses and tunnels.
These are mainly used for floral arrangements in palaces, offices and accommodations.
Al Khalediah cut flowers and nurseries are grown in an area of four hectares.
